2. Description of Service Sir Balone Scout provides football (soccer) data analysis, player comparisons, and AI-powered scouting insights. We offer both a free tier with limited functionality and a paid subscription ("Scout Pro") with extended features and AI queries. We do not offer free trials for the Scout Pro subscription.
3. Payments and Merchant of Record Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Terms and Conditions.
4. Subscriptions and Cancellations
Billing: Scout Pro is billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly) immediately upon sign-up. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to Pro features until then.
5. Acceptable Use and Limits Users must not abuse the service. Scout Pro includes a daily limit on AI queries. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to bypass these limits, scrape data, or use the service maliciously.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties Sir Balone Scout is provided "as is." While we strive for accurate data, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the football statistics and AI analysis provided.
